Both periods begin on delivery to the original purchaser. This schedule applies to new purchases made under these terms. If you purchased under an earlier warranty, the cover promised when you ordered remains unchanged. Your statutory consumer rights are additional and may last longer.

Replace the part.
Keep the reformer.

Ropes, springs, rollers and contact surfaces do different jobs and wear at different rates. A worn component does not mean replacing your reformer. Contact us and we'll identify the part and the right repair.

How to get help.

We acknowledge every claim within one business day.

Step 1

Stop and check.

If a part is damaged, loose or not working normally, stop using the product.

Step 2

Show us the issue.

Email hello@elementalreformer.com with your order reference, product name, serial number if supplied, location and clear photos or a short video. Or contact your installing Retail Partner.

Step 3

We assess and explain.

We identify the issue, explain whether it is covered and confirm the repair or replacement route.

Step 4

Repair with guidance.

Only replace a part yourself when we confirm it is suitable. Springs and structural repairs are serviced by an accredited Retail Partner or an Elemental-authorised technician. Do not dismantle these parts yourself.

What this warranty covers

This limited warranty covers the original purchaser of a new product bought from Elemental or an authorised retailer. Reformer cover applies to residential, studio and hospitality use when the product is used and maintained according to its instructions.

For a covered defect, we will repair or replace the affected part. This does not limit any remedy available under consumer law. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and may differ cosmetically.

What is not covered

Normal wear, upholstery softening, surface marks and cosmetic changes from sun, salt air or chlorine are not manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, sharp objects, unsuitable cleaners, improper storage, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the supplied care instructions. These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights.

Getting your product assessed

Contact us before arranging a repair or returning your product. We will assess the issue and explain the appropriate next steps. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Your consumer rights

The benefits of these limited warranties are additional to your non-excludable rights and remedies under applicable consumer law. The stated warranty periods do not limit those rights.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
