Your Elemental Reformer TerraFold™ is delivered, built and handed over in your space by an Elemental Retail Partner in Singapore and Australia. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you.
What arrives.
Three boxes, 114 kg in total. Please leave them sealed and upright. Your installer opens them and checks every part.

Before the day.
Choose the spot and tell us the way in. Your Retail Partner confirms both with you before booking the date.
Choose the spot.
Flat, stable, level, dry and non-slip. No thick rugs, no slopes. On decking, boards must be level and sound, with no gap a leg or wheel could drop into.
Leave room to move.
1 m clear on every side once installed, about 4.7 × 2.6 m. On the day, your installer also needs a clear 3 × 3 m to work.
Look up.
Kneeling and standing work lifts you to about 2.1 m. Keep ceiling fans, pendant lights and low beams well clear.
Outdoors? Stay covered.
Under a roof, in shade, away from standing water. Never leave it unprotected in the rain or under hot sun. Balconies and rooftops: check your building allows equipment there.
Nothing on your walls.
It stands free. No drilling, no anchoring, no power tools.
The way in.
Your installer carries the boxes to the room your reformer will live in, and builds it there. The largest box is 152 × 93 × 46 cm, so check doors, lifts and turns along the route and tell your Retail Partner when you order.
Parking and access.
Where the van can stop, loading dock details, and any gate or intercom codes.
Stairs.
How many flights, and any tight turns. The frame box weighs 74 kg and is 152 cm long, carried by two.
Lifts.
Internal size and door width. The frame box needs 152 cm of length. If your building has a service lift, let us know how to book it.
Building rules.
Strata or management bookings, lift protection and permitted delivery hours.
Moving it to another room later? Stored upright, it stands 136 cm tall on an 84 × 76 cm footprint and weighs 92 kg. Check doorways and thresholds along the way. It rolls on flat, level floors only, never steps or ramps, and always with two adults.
On the day.
Five stages, all done by your installer. Please be there when the frame is opened and for the handover.

Unpack and check.
- The boxes are opened in the room the reformer will live in. The flattened frame box becomes a protected, level work surface.
- Every part is laid out and checked against the 20-line inventory in your Owner’s Manual.
- If anything is missing or damaged, nothing is built until it is replaced.
- Packaging stays on site until the handover is signed.

Assemble, upright.
- The frame stands upright on its BoulderWheels™, with the safety dock fitted so it cannot creep.
- The carriage bed is lowered into the frame by two installers, one each side, with all sixteen ChassisGlide™ rollers on the rails.
- Carriage stoppers fitted and set to the middle position.
- T-Ellen™ cleats fitted and checked with the supplied hex key.
- AlignForm™ shoulder rests pressed fully home, Elemental Connectors hand-tightened.
- The transit stopper is removed from the hinge and handed to you with your documents.

Open the frame.
- Two installers at the bracing bar. The safety dock comes off.
- The spring-assisted hinge lowers the frame under control until it lies flat on all eight legs.
- The hinge Connector is refitted.

Rig and test.
- Both risers fitted. Marine ropes routed through the pulleys and set to equal length at the cleats.
- Hand straps and foot straps clipped on, every carabiner gate closed.
- Footbar set on its holder and pressed down hard on both sides to confirm it is seated.
- One red spring attached. The carriage is run through its full travel and returns freely to the stop.
- Final check: frame level, no rock or creak under load, 1 m clear all round.

Handover.

- You complete the handover checklist together. Only then is it ready for your first session.

Set it up once.
At 92 kg, moving or storing it always needs two adults. So choose its place with care, and let it live there as part of your home.
After the day.
A little care keeps it moving beautifully for years.
Checks before every session.
Footbar pressed down and seated, shoulder-rest and riser bolts tight, ropes, springs and clips in good order. Your Owner’s Manual shows you how.
Annual service.
We recommend an approved installer inspects the hinge, rollers, springs and fasteners every 12 months. Book at hello@elementalreformer.com.
Moving house.
Relocation to a new home is done by an approved installer, with the same handover, so your warranty stays intact.
Some parts are ours to fit.
Hinge-assist springs, rollers and hinge parts are replaced only by an approved installer. Please don’t attempt repairs yourself.
Questions.
Can I install it myself?
No. In Singapore and Australia, installation of the Elemental Reformer TerraFold™ by an Elemental Retail Partner is part of your order.
Do I need tools, or to drill anything?
No. It stands free on its own legs. Nothing is fixed to your walls or floor, and your installer uses hand-tightened connectors, not power tools.
What do I need to do on the day?
Clear the spot and the route in, keep children and pets out of the room while your installer works, and be there when the frame is opened and for the handover.
When will it arrive?
Factory release is 6 November 2026. Your delivery and installation date is confirmed with your order.
Can it go on a balcony or rooftop?
Yes, if the spot is covered, shaded, level and sound, and your building allows it. Please check with your building management before the day.
I live in an apartment. Anything to know?
Tell your Retail Partner the lift size and any booking rules when you order. The heaviest box is 74 kg and 152 × 93 × 46 cm, carried by two.
Can I move it to another room later?
Yes, with two adults. It rolls on its BoulderWheel™ across flat, level floors, not steps or ramps. Moving house? Contact us and we will arrange an approved installer.
What if something looks wrong?
Stop using the reformer and email hello@elementalreformer.com with photos. Please don’t attempt repairs yourself. See the warranty.
