Send your delivery city, state or province, postcode, product mix and estimated quantities. Tell us whether you need delivery to a port, warehouse or final project address, and when your space must be ready.

Container size, packing plan, minimum order requirements, production schedule and freight are confirmed for your project. Customs clearance, duties and taxes, unloading, inland delivery and installation responsibilities must be agreed before an order is finalised.

Are import duties and installation included?

Only when specified in your project quotation. Consumer checkout offers and container shipment terms are separate. Confirm the importer, delivery endpoint, installation and service scope before ordering.

How long will delivery take?

Production and delivery timing depend on configuration, quantity, destination and shipment arrangements. Your quotation will set out the current schedule.

Can the equipment stay outside?

Discuss the intended setting with Elemental. Covered, shaded placement and regular care are required for outdoor use; do not leave a reformer unprotected in rain or hot sun.
